Product Manager

Mission：

Lead a product team in developing JING social into a world class Real-Time Marketing Automation platform together with our customers. Identify, prioritize, plan, build, ship, and improve killer features that deliver results.

Results:

• Key conversion metrics improved significantly
• NPS score of platform operators improved significantly

Job Responsibilities：

• Ship valuable features that help our customers convert
• Understand deeply our customer’s challenges and strategically identify fully productized solutions.
• Validate solutions with key stakeholders through prototyping and usability tests
• Keep the project team on track and on time and ship the most valuable features with high quality levels
• Drive acceptance testing and optimize features together with our customers.
• Own the project roadmap and keep it updated at least 1 quarter ahead.

Experience

• Specialized in project management, computer science major preferred.
• A bachelor degree, 5 years of project management working experience or 5 year in related experience/industry
